Return Request Form

1. Request a Return:

• Submit the Return Request Form to our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Provide all the required information in the form, along with a brief reason for the return.

2. Prepare the Return:

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
• Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
• Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation inside the package.

3. Ship the Return:

• Bear Grill will provide a shipping label, arrange the pickup for the return, and supply tracking information to monitor the package's arrival at our facility. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
• Bear Grill will handle the return shipping process, so there's no need to use a separate trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
