All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time, which varies based on the chosen carrier and destination.

Choosing the Carrier

Bear Grill selects the best carrier for each shipment. Once the package is with the carrier, they cannot alter delivery addresses or schedule specific delivery times. Estimated delivery windows are provided based on the carrier's information. For any delivery issues, customers can reach out to Bear Grill's customer service.

Large Package Delivery Essentials

For smaller items, Bear Grill uses UPS and FedEx. Larger orders are shipped via freight, which follows different procedures compared to standard shipping. Here’s what customers need to know:

  • Freight Shipments: Large items typically arrive on a pallet. Freight deliveries are made to the curb, and customers will need to move the items from there into their homes or yards.
  • Delivery Scheduling: Most freight carriers provide a tracking number and an estimated delivery date but may not schedule a delivery time. Some carriers do schedule appointments, requiring customers to be present to sign for the delivery.

If a Delivery Appointment is Scheduled:

  • The customer must be available to sign for the delivery.
  • The delivery will be made with a semi-truck equipped with a lift gate.
  • The shipment will be placed at the curb; it is recommended to have at least two helpers to assist in moving the items.
  • Carriers that schedule deliveries will contact the customer using the contact information provided at checkout, so it is crucial for the information to be accurate.

If No Delivery Appointment is Scheduled:

  • The customer will receive an estimated delivery date but not a specific time.
  • A signature is not required, but it is recommended to be present.
  • The driver will leave the pallet at the curb regardless of the customer's presence.
  • The customer should inspect the shipment immediately and report any issues within 72 hours. If multiple items are damaged, the customer can refuse the entire shipment.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for both the original and return shipping costs. If a freight shipment is returned due to the carrier's inability to reach the location, it will be considered a return under Bear Grill's regular policies.
