Ingredients
- 1 Lb Ground Turkey
- 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 Burger Buns
- 1/2 Cup Bbq Sauce
- Lettuce, Tomato, Onion (Optional Toppings)
Directions
Preparation
Preheat your BBQ grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F).
In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
Grilling
Place the patties on the grill and cook for 5-6 Minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
While the burgers cook, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill.
Serving
- Place each turkey patty on a bun, top with BBQ sauce, and add lettuce, tomato, and onion if desired. Serve hot.
