Ingredients
- 2 Racks Of Baby Back Ribs Or Spare Ribs
- 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Bbq Sauce (Chef'S Choice)
Directions
Preparation
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Mix the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, and salt.
Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
Grilling
Preheat the BBQ grill to medium heat.
Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for 2-3 hours, maintaining a temperature around 275°F. Turn the ribs occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Saucing
In the last 30 Minutes of grilling, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
Cook until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
Serving
- Remove from the grill, let rest for 10 Minutes, then slice and serve.
